I know the popular saying is “I never lose; I win or I learn”. I get it. Just don’t let that mindset trick you into not giving your all in preparing to win! Truth is, most fights/wars/battles, in or out the ring, are won or lost in the preparation.
Always put yourself in the best position to succeed. Only then can you truly learn something from a not so favorable outcome.
